Maintain a good lifestyle with easy steps

This is an easy way for all of us to maintain our health and also our body resistance ;

• Start the day right with Nestle fitness & fruit whole grain breakfast.
• Eat balanced meals and  drink at least 1.5 liters of water and servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. a serving of yogurt can  be a good snack.
• Get moving. Do at least 30 minutes, 3 rimes a week at the gym or walk, jog, swim, cycle or whatever activity that suits. What is important is that you get your body moving.

Sometimes I rather be alone than be with the people whom I love. Not to say that I am selfish or ignorant but I feel that I am a burden at times. The stares and blinks really make me realize the thing i am ought to be harnessing in myself, guilt. I am such a lucky person to have such wonderful people around me, supporting me and making my life a heaven life. Through thick and thin. And not forgetting my darling love ... Some would not be so lucky like I am. Yet I should have some guilt in me that I've been unaware of all those all this while. Such an ungrateful servant.
